Water and Sewer Services are provided throughout Guilford County by several municipalities – City of Greensboro, City of High Point, Town of Jamestown, Sedgefield Sanitary District, Burlington and Town of Stokesdale.

Currently, Guilford County has one pending water and sewer assessment project:
• Lynwood Lakes – approved by the Board of Commissioners in December 2007.

Estimated construction costs for Lynwood Lakes is $8.4 million.  Although the project is currently in progress, property assessment information is available by accessing the following link.
