As we bring the year to a close, families are gathering, gifts are being shared, and resolutions are being set for the New Year. Now more than ever it is critical to prepare mentally for the upcoming year, in hopes of bettering your journey. While offices are closing we know that doesn't stop the need for help. This week we are back with another resource to get you through the holidays. Guilford County's Behavioral Health Urgent Care was a collaborative effort with Cone Health, and Sandhills Center. Sandhills Center provides Mental Health, I/DD and Substance Use Disorder Care for Individuals in 11 central North Carolina counties. Their 24-Hour Call Center is available at 1-800-256-2452 as well as their Behavioral Health Crisis Hotline at 1-833-600-2054.
