  • High Point (501 East Green Dr., High Point)
  • Greensboro (1100 East Wendover Ave., Greensboro)

Appointments for immunizations are encouraged and available at GCDPH clinics Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Please schedule your GCDPH appointment by phone at (336) 641-3245. Appointments for immunizations may also be available with the child’s primary care physician.
