This year Guilford County Animal Services is once again participating in the National Clear the Shelters “Adopt and Donate” campaign.  This year the event will run for the entire month of August.  NBC and Telemundo team up with animal shelters across the county in a nationwide pet adoption drive to find pets loving homes. 

To adopt a pet from the shelter, you must be a Guilford County resident and schedule an adoption appointment at 336-641-3401.  To see who is available for adoption, please view our gallery at https://www.guilfordcountync.gov/our-county/animal-services/animal-shelter/animal-adoption-gallery.

Donations such as dog and cat treats, unopened bags of dry food and kitty litter can be brought to the shelter in our upper parking lot where we have an attended donation trailer.
