The Guilford County Board of Commissioners in their capacity as Guilford County Board of Health have amended the Board of Health Smoking Rules to be effective January 1, 2020. The adopted rules include the addition of prohibition of e-cigarettes and tobacco products to the existing smoking rules for Government buildings. 
Copies of the adopted rules can be found below, and are on file at the County Clerk’s Office and the Public Health Department.
