The Guilford County Board of Commissioners in their capacity as Guilford County Board of Health is scheduled to consider updates to the Board of Health Smoking Rules at their next regularly scheduled County Commissioner Meeting November 7 , 2019. The meeting will begin at 5:30 PM and will be located at the Old County Courthouse, Commissioners Chamber Room, 301 W. Market Street, Greensboro NC 27401.

The proposed updates include the addition of prohibition of e-cigarettes and tobacco products to the existing smoking rules for Government buildings. Copies of the proposed changes can be found below, and are on file at the County Clerk’s Office and the Public Health Department.
